Or if you would prefer us to set your website up for you, one off set-up costs start at just £350.

Catalogue

Create a complete record of all your work, current and historic. Add as much, or as little, information to each record as you want and attach multiple images to each item. There are no limits in Artlook so the system can grow with you.

Manage your work

Search, filter and group your work the way that suits you best with powerful categorisation and tagging. Easily set up any size of edition from a single record – flexible numbering and pricing for each item.

Manage your website

Your Artlook subscription includes a set of fully featured, beautifully designed responsive website templates. Build your own site in minutes with unlimited artwork galleries and additional pages and choose which artworks will be displayed.

Promote

Generate professional standard information sheets, catalogues, price lists and labels. Post directly to your social media accounts from within the application and with ‘Lightboxes’ you can create a private viewing area for selected clients with just a few clicks,

Market

Build a complete database of your contacts, buyers and prospects. Buyer records automatically update to show their purchases and you can easily build lists for e-mailing.

Websites

An Artlook subscription includes a professionally designed personal website with a wide range of templates, colours and fonts for you to choose from. The hosting of your website is fully included in the monthly fee and we’ll give you a website address to use – or you can optionally use an existing custom domain name.

Pricing

Choose a package that suits you best - there are no long term contracts and you can upgrade or downgrade between packages and features at any time.

Choose the ‘Artist’ option if you are working alone and need to manage your work more effectively. If you need more than one person connecting to your account at any time, or you need to manage the work of more than one artist within the system then ‘Studio’ is designed for you.
And remember, all packages come with the option for you to create a full personal website, easily managed, hosted, and ready to go. If you would prefer us to do all the set-up for you use our Express fast-track option.
