Our standard 'Gallery' option is ideal for a smaller organisation needing just one concurrent user of the system, but for any more than one user you will need the 'Gallery Plus' option. We know that making a move to a new business management system is not something to be taken lightly and we are committed to giving you all the details you need to evaluate Artlook and ensure that it meets your needs. Please contact us to arrange an on-line presentation where we can talk through the system and learn about your business and your goals - we will set you up with a full Trial account so you can continue to explore the application after the demonstration and will be available for advice and support during your evaluation.
Training
Although there is no setup charge for either version of Artlook we strongly advise a program of training sessions to ensure that you and your team are able to get the most from the system as quickly as possible. Training is provided on-line via Skype and screen sharing software and is available at £50 per half hour session or £70 for an hour. Block book training sessions and save - 10 half hour sessions to be used at any time are available for £360 (payable in advance). In-person training is available at our offices in Bristol at the same rates, and training at your premises can also be arranged - contact us for a quotation.
Data Conversion
We can convert and import data from any existing gallery systems - ArtCloud, Artlogic, ArtBase, Artsystems etc. - or from any in-house spreadsheets which you have previously used. Charges are based on a standard hourly rate of £70 - contact us for a detailed quotation.
Report customisation
Adding your logo and setting the header for all Artlook print-outs is provided as standard but we can also tailor any reports to your precise requirement. Contact us for a detailed quotation
Upgrade options
To upgrade to more than two users (Gallery Plus only) the cost is an addtional £10 per month (or £100 per annum) per user.

Unless arranged otherwise, monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card.
